That chapter of my life gave me things no classroom could: discipline, adaptability, the ability to stay calm when everything is on fire, and a bone-deep understanding of what it means to show up.

Let's be real — no About page is complete without a section dedicated to the most important member of the household. This is Flower, my Boxador (that's Boxer + Labrador, and yes, she is exactly as chaotic and lovable as that sounds).

Flower has been my sidekick through moves, career changes, late-night business planning sessions, and every single emotional era in between. She greets every day like it's the best day that has ever happened, which is honestly a vibe I try to steal from her regularly.

She does not assist with massage sessions. She has been asked. She declines.
